Longtemps considérée comme un sujet intime, voire honteux, la menstruation reste entourée de préjugés et de stigmatisations dans de nombreuses communautés. - Multiplier les espaces de dialogue communautaire, pour libérer la parole et encourager l’empathie.
- Promouvoir l’accès équitable aux serviettes hygiéniques, notamment par la production locale de serviettes réutilisables et la distribution solidaire.
- Utiliser les réseaux sociaux pour mener des campagnes de sensibilisation adaptées au langage des jeunes.
Ces propositions traduisent une volonté claire : faire de la jeunesse un acteur central du changement social. L’hygiène menstruelle n’est pas qu’une question de santé, c’est aussi une question de dignité, de justice et d’égalité des chances.
