Le projet Elles pour ELLES a officiellement été lancé ce 10 octobre 2025 dans la région de l’Atacora. Porté par un consortium composé de FJAD, Havre de Paix et l’Institut Tonafa, ce projet s’étendra sur la période 2025 – 2026. Il s’agit d’une initiative novatrice qui place les femmes au cœur de la construction de la paix, de la sécurité et de la lutte contre les violences sexuelles et sexistes.
Pensé par les femmes et pour les femmes, Elles pour ELLES propose une approche communautaire inclusive : permettre aux femmes de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre elles-mêmes les solutions dont elles ont besoin pour vivre dans un environnement plus sûr, équitable et respectueux de leurs droits. À travers des formations, des dialogues communautaires et des actions de plaidoyer, le projet entend renforcer la participation des femmes aux processus de paix et de gouvernance locale, tout en leur offrant les compétences et les outils nécessaires pour prévenir et répondre efficacement aux violences sexistes et sexuelles.
Cette initiative s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme « Féministes Paix et Sécurité, Africaines de l’Ouest et du Sahel Solidaires pour la Paix », avec l’appui technique et financier de Équipop et de l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD).
En donnant aux femmes les moyens d’agir pour leur sécurité et leur dignité, Elles pour ELLES aspire à faire émerger une génération de femmes leaders, solidaires et déterminées à bâtir des communautés résilientes, où chaque voix féminine compte et où la paix devient une réalité partagée.
